Frank O'Mara
Chief Executive Officer

O’Mara serves as the CEO, providing overall direction for AWCC and employees nationwide. O’Mara was previously the Chief Marketing Officer of Alltel Corporation, operator of the nation’s largest wireless network with over 14 million subscribers.
As CMO, Frank was responsible for the sales and marketing efforts for the wireline and wireless businesses. In this role, he guided the advertising, brand strategy, pricing, product management, device selection, customer lifecycle management, distribution strategy and channels.
Frank joined the Alltel Communications legal department in 1996 and subsequently assumed a variety of roles including director of After Hours call centers, Vice President of Product Management, EVP of Human Resources and EVP of Customer Service before serving as the CMO for 5 years. Most recently, Frank served as a partner with Circumference Group, a technology investment and consulting group.
Prior to Alltel, Frank spent 12 years as a professional runner and had been General Counsel for KIM, a sports management and athlete representation company.
Frank has a degree in engineering, an MBA and JD from the University of Arkansas. |
Lesa Handly
Chief Marketing Officer

Lesa was most recently a consultant with The Circumference Group, a private firm focused on technology and telecom investing and consulting. Leveraging her previous wireless experience, projects spanned strategic wireless consulting as well as Customer lifecycle management strategies and tactics for telecom providers.
Prior to joining The Circumference Group, Lesa was the Senior Vice President of Customer Strategies for Alltel Wireless. In this role, she focused the organization on the importance of creating advocates in the market for the brand through the Customer experience. These efforts assisted in attaining industry-leading growth and financials for Alltel while achieving one of the best customer experiences in the wireless industry.
As SVP, Lesa led integrated teams across the disciplines of Customer research and analytics, acquisition and retention strategies, pricing strategies, Customer lifecycle management, direct marketing and emerging growth strategies.
Lesa joined Alltel in 1997, holding several other leadership positions during her tenure including director of retail distribution and merchandising, regional vice president of marketing and vice president / general manager of sales operations. Prior to joining Alltel, Lesa spent 15 years at Dillard Department Stores in a variety of roles ranging from field sales management and operations to buying and divisional merchandise management.
A 1982 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a degree in Marketing, Lesa was honored as an alum to receive the 2001 Outstanding Alumni Award for Achievement and Merit. |
Wade McGill
Chief Administrative Officer

McGill has responsibility for directing the operational areas of the business which include field sales, supply chain, risk management, compliance, and real estate matters at AWCC.
As President - Business Solutions at Alltel Wireless Communications, McGill was responsible for the growth and management of Alltel's business, enterprise and national accounts for wireless voice and data solutions. McGill was with Alltel for 12 years and has served in a variety of management positions including senior vice president of product management and development, vice president and general manager, vice president of customer service and director of information technology.
McGill holds a bachelors degree in marketing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. |
Brian Taylor
Chief Financial Officer

Taylor serves as CFO with responsibility for Finance, Accounting and Corporate Strategy.
Prior to joining Allied, Brian was a Partner and Vice President of Investment Operations at Circumference Group, a technology investment and advisory firm. At Circumference, Brian oversaw private equity and public investments and provided strategic consulting services for a number of Fortune 500 technology companies. Prior to joining Circumference Group, Brian was Vice President of Prepaid Wireless Strategy and Operations of Alltel Corporation. In that capacity, Brian launched and operated the “U Prepaid" family of products with responsibility for strategic planning, product management, product development, pricing, customer life cycle management as well as operational support for sales and service channels.
Brian joined Alltel in 2001 and served in various roles, including Director of Strategic Applications and Senior Financial Analyst.
Prior to Alltel, Brian worked for four years in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Planning Group at Leggett & Platt, Inc. In that role, Brian supported Leggett's consideration and execution of prospective acquisitions, including strategic assessment, valuation, negotiation and operational and financial due diligence.
Brian graduated from the University of Missouri (MIZZOU) with a degree in Business and an emphasis on Finance. |
Lewis Langston
Chief Information Officer

Langston is responsible for information technology solutions, delivery platforms and enterprise business processes for Allied Wireless.
Prior to working for AWCC, he was vice president of transition planning for Verizon Wireless and executive vice president of business process and support for Alltel Wireless.
Before his 15 year career in telecommunications, he was with Alltel Information Services, in the banking services industry, primarily in the outsourcing vertical business.
He attended Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and holds a BBA in business analysis. |
Ken Borner
Vice President of Engineering and Network Operations

Borner is responsible for overseeing the Company’s engineering, technology development, and network operations teams. Mr. Borner has spent the past 25 years in the wireless industry in various technical and executive leadership positions.
Prior to Allied Wireless, Borner served as Senior Director, Engineering and Operations – Midwest Region for U.S. Cellular. Borner joined U.S. Cellular in 2002 through the Chicago MTA acquisition from PrimeCo Personal Communications, where he served as Technical Director and was instrumental in launching the first CDMA network in the PCS band.
Between 1984 and 1996, Borner held a variety of operations and leadership positions at GTE Airfone.
Borner holds degree in Aviation Technology and Management from Southern Illinois University. |
CJ Duvall
Vice President of Human Resources

Duvall has responsibility over all employee relation ranging from recruitment and training to benefits and compensation.
Duvall formerly served as executive vice president of human resources for Alltel Wireless Communications in Little Rock, AR. Duvall joined Alltel in 1986 and held a variety of positions including vice president of human resources, international human resources manager, compensation consultant and director of employee relations.
Before joining Alltel, he held positions with Integrated Control Systems in Litchfield, Conn., and Saratoga Financial Systems in Albany, N.Y.
Duvall graduated from Missouri Baptist College with a bachelor's degree in behavioral science. He holds master's degrees from Purdue University in industrial/organizational psychology and from Eden Theological Seminary in scriptural studies. |
Dan Deem
Vice President of Customer Service

Dan Deem is responsible for all customer service functions, ranging from customer service, sales, and technical support to all back office and support functions in the call centers.
Dan formerly served as senior vice president of customer service for Alltel Wireless Communications in Little Rock, supporting 5,000 agents in 13 call centers. He originally joined Alltel in 1985 and held a variety of positions, including vice president of process improvements, vice president of technical support, and director of financial services support. He also served 17 years within the accounting and finance group.
Dan graduated from Malone College with a bachelor's degree in management. |
