Steps to Activate Your Phone

1. New customers, go immediately to step 2. If you are upgrading your phone, power off your old phone.

2. Call 1-877-531-4975 from a landline phone, and enter your 10-digit mobile number. You should receive instructions and confirmation that your phone is set up.

3. Wait ten minutes and power on your new phone.

4. Dial *2 2 8 SND from your new phone and follow the voice prompts.

 5. Turn off your new phone and then on. Make a test call.

6. If, after you have performed the steps above, your phone is still not working, please call Technical Support at 1-800-ALLTEL1 and select Option 3.
