Two-year service agreement required for each line in conjunction with a phone promotion. Unlimited Text: Unlimited text, picture & video messaging available to qualifying customers on eligible calling plans. Unlimited text is not shared with other lines associated with the eligible primary account unless an unlimited text option is chosen for those lines for an additional monthly charge. Instant Messages are not unlimited. Each Instant Message sent &/or received is charged against your plan, even when the conversation is occurring with another Alltel Customer. Picture & video messaging not available on all phones. Messages will be saved & delivery attempted for up to three (3) days. Alltel does not guarantee message accuracy, completeness or delivery. Messages are neither monitored nor controlled for content, except for direct communication from Alltel. Messaging detail (date, time & phone number the message was sent to) is currently not available. On select phones, text messages are limited to 160 characters per message. Unlimited Data Usage Details: You may be disconnected & lose your data session at any time. You will be charged for the purchase of applications at the rates specified at the time of access or download. Tethering smart devices to a computer requires an additional charge. Prohibited & Permissible Uses: Data sessions may be used with wireless devices for the following purposes: (1) Internet browsing; (2) e-mail; & (3) intranet access (including access to corporate intranets, email & individual productivity applications like customer relationship management, sales force & field service automation). Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, using services: (1) a majority of your Service is used roaming on a network not owned or operated by Alltel; (2) with server devices or with host computer applications, including, without limitation, Web camera posts or broadcasts, continuous jpeg file transfers, automatic data feeds, telemetry applications, automated functions or any other peer-to-peer applications; (3) as substitute or backup for private lines or dedicated data connections; (4) for voice over IP; (5) in conjunction with WWAN or other applications or devices which aggregate usage from multiple sources prior to transmission; (6) using the services for any activity that adversely affects the ability of other people or systems to use either the services or other parties’ Internet-based resources including, but not limited to excessive consumption of network or system resources (whether intentional or unintentional) & “denial of service” (DoS) attacks against another network host or individual user; or (7) interference with or disruption of other network users, network services or network equipment. Alltel reserves the right to (1) limit throughput or amount of data transferred, deny service &/or terminate service, without notice, to anyone it believes is using the service in any manner prohibited above or whose usage adversely impacts its network or service levels & (2) protect its network from harm, which may impact legitimate data flows.
