To run report:
- Log into My Account
- Choose Bills and Reports from the top navigation bar
- Select the Account or Line you want to run report on from the Account Hierarchy to the left.*
- Select the billing period you want from the drop down above.
- Select All Calls Report
- Click Run Report
- Click Download Data if you want to download and save the report.
*If the report data is too large, then the report will be emailed to the email address associated with your user account.
