Viewing online billing statements and call detail records

Your billing statements and call detail records appear online within 3–5 days after the date of the bill. You can view and print exact copies of your current bills. These online statements are identical to the paper bill you receive in the mail, if any. More detailed billing information for the 3 most recent billing statements is available to all registered My Account users.


Online bill details include:

  • Local Airtime Used:  This will display the number of minutes that were used for the billing period by each wireless number.
  • Monthly Service Charges:  This will display the monthly access charge and any calling features that have been purchased for each line. Calling features will include Voicemail, Caller ID, Text Message, etc
  • Other Charges & Credits:  Includes the Regulatory Cost Recovery and Telecom Connectivity Fees and Federal USF charges.
  • Taxes:  This section will display federal, state, county and local taxes.
  • Equipment Charges: Equipment Charges
  • Airtime & Directory Assistance Charges:  This displays all airtime usage for the selected wireless numbers.
  • Long Distance Charges:  This displays all airtime usage for the selected wireless numbers.
  • Roaming Charges:  This will display roaming detail on the selected wireless numbers.

Note:  Usage, call and charge details are shown under Airtime and Directory Assistance Charges, Equipment Charges, Touch2Talk Charges and Long-Distance.

To view Call Detail records:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Bills and Reports on the top navigation bar.
  3. Choose the account you wish to view from the Account hierarchy on the left.
  4. Select the Billing Period that you want from the drop down at the top.
  5. Scroll down to Current Charges and click Individual Line Charges and Call Detail. You must have Adobe 10x to view Call Detail records.

To view billing statements online:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Bills and Reports on the top navigation bar.
    The Bill Summary window appears.
  3. Choose the account you wish to view from the Account box on the left.
  4. Choose the invoice date of the bill you want to view. 
    Bills are available for the past 6 months. If you need additional months of billing, contact Customer Service at 1-800-ALLTEL1.
  5. You must have Adobe 10x to view your bill with a PDF viewer, to view bill do one of the following:
    • Click the View Bill button. Most computers have a suitable program that will launch after your click. If necessary, you can download a free version of Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website.
    • Click Print. The Account Summary will appear, click Print at the bottom of the page.
      If the bill you want to view is not on the list, call 1-800-ALLTEL1 for assistance.
  6. To print the bill, choose your PDF viewer’s Print command or click Print. 

Security note: You cannot view a copy of a bill within 30 days of a billing address change.
