Bill cycles

Your bill cycle is the day on which you activated your new Alltel account.

Please note bill cycles can be any day from the first to the 28th, activations on the 29th, 30th, or 31st will automatically be set to the first day of the following month.

Your bill cycle will end the day prior to the start day of your billing cycle.
For example: If you activated your Alltel service on the 15th of the month, the cycle will then end on the 14th of the following month.
 

Each user's bill cycle may be different. To see your bill cycle:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Go to the Bills section.
  3. View your bill.
  4. Locate the date on your bill.
